Mr. Kartheek Challakolusu has always had a strong desire to help others since his childhood. He founded the MeeKosam Memu Foundation in 2015 with a group of like-minded friends. Together, they've been doing good things for the community—giving out free food, providing education without charge, and organizing blood donation and medical camps for those who need it. Mr. Kartheek and his team have held many Blood Donation Awareness Camps, encouraging lots of volunteers to generously donate blood.

One incident hit home for Mr. Kartheek and made him realize the importance of ensuring the safety of blood donors. He received a call for blood from a volunteer who had met with an accident and was struggling financially. This made him think deeply about the countless volunteers risking their lives to save others and how they, too, should be protected. This realization led to the creation of "SaveYO" by the SUITS Care Network—a way to look out for the well-being of these selfless volunteer blood donors.
